My mother-in-law absolutely HATED me....until I divorced her daughter. After I moved 1,500 miles away she spent her time apologizing about how nasty and mean she'd been for years and YEARS and asking me to come "home". Seems like my "X" wife's 12 year younger lover was a drug addict and ....deadbeat. SUDDENLY, to my mother-in-law, the kind and nice guy with the MONEY (ME) looked pretty damned good!
