the darkness were on the main stage because david bowie (who is one of the few artists more deserving of the main stage than muse) had a sort of heart attack and had to pull out so the crappy darkness filled in.
Thanks for uploading this. I'm honoured to have been there. Not seen a better live performance since and not sure if I ever will. I remeber it was the Libertines before me and I'm so glad I stuck around rather than go with my mates to watch the Darkness on the main stage.

I remember this it was awesome.
Went to T in the park 7 years in a row and never been back since this.
As nothing could top it.
+ standing around in a field listening to music I don't want to listen to drinking watered down warm beer and being robbed for a burger &chips.
It had to end sometime.

The only performance that can beat this is Glastonbury, but because of Muse playing at T in The park I found out about them.
