They aren't using nukes because they can't get their hands on them. The Bush Administration has made sure of that. Iran definitely wants to step in here. They hate the world, hate the U.S., hate the new Iraq, hate everything. We would get nuked because Obama has said he would pull ALL of our forces out from the middle east. He can't deny he has said that. The terrorists wouldn't make a nuke, they would hijack it or steal it
Don't be so paranoid? Sir, you really think if we pulled out and became isolationists the middle east then the world wouldn't go to hell! If we weren't in South Korea, North Korea would take over in a second. If we were not in Iraq, Iran would take over in a heartbeat. If we were not in the middle east, Israel would have a tough time defending itself. McCain will strip layer by layer by layer off Obama and make him look like the inexperienced fool that he is.
The VietCong didn't invade because they wanted their own nation-state, and they got it when we pulled out. They had no reason to use up all their resources attacking us. But the Islamofascist fundamentalist militants of the Middle East WANT to. Jihad was declared in the 90's. Cheerio, then.
Oh, OBL doesn't lead a country, I'm well aware of that. But do you possibly think, in that infinitesimally small mind of yours, that there's a group that he may have some, you know, involvements with?
So, you're saying that there's no Al-Qaeda in any other part of the world other than Afghanistan...in your opinion. Well, I've got news for you. Ever heard of Zarqawi? He was the top Al-Qaeda leader in Iraq, tasked by OBL to create terrorist cells that would perform attacks on foreign countries. OBL stressed the emphasis on "foreign countries" to mean America.
I have to say i prefer John McCain's style. Granted he's not the greatest speaker, but he's genuine he's not like most smooth PR obsessed politicians. It's better than the Clinton lies or the pomposity and arrogance of Obama.
You guys obviously don't know what our beloved America is all about. You'll find out after November 5th and I would have no other choice but to laugh. Democrats are great provably all you have is owed to them but they don't know how to win.
Is anyone else seriously bothered by the level of hero worship going on in the crowd behind Hilary? Seriously, these people can't even control their applause. They should really rethink their lives.
McCain is an old war hero who knows shit about the economy. He is too big of a pussy to meet with our enemies like the president of Iran, he would just rather "bomb bomb bomb Iran". Fucking idiot. If you dumb fucks in Ohio fuck up again i will laugh at you fucking idiots.
Time to turn the fuckin page on the past disastrous 8 years of Republican rule. Fuck the GOP and the NeoCons who infiltrated their ranks. War criminals will get their due...
I just couldn't pass addressing your ignorance. Comparing democrats to Hitler when Democrats more than not try to help WITHOUT KILLING. Whereas, Republicans tend to be the WARMONGERS! I know my words fall on deaf ears, you believe what you want and that is how America would prefer it except America wants you to be honest and educate yourself beyond prejudices and a lack of understanding. I wish you the best...because you need it!
You know historical references are simply dated as to which party did what. I'm talking now because the politics and the world of yesterday are hopefully fading into yesterday. But I will say this, As a black man I am growingly uneased by the amount of racism and bigotry I note coming from the Repub party. And no I'm not saying you are being that way...but you'd be surprised if you don't already know. I almost don't care anymore.
1. So we didn't "win". It's an armistice, basically. And look what we ended up with? North Korea, a country run by a maniac who starves his people on a daily basis. What a win.
2. Nixon ended the Vietnam War by pulling out troops and Reagan put an end to the major conflict of the Cold War. What's to argue?
3. But the WOT didn't have support of the majority all the way through, unlike WWI. Therefore the cases of who would go to war are different.
1. Are you kidding me? NK "nukes ability" is only a threat to SK or maybe Japan.
2. 2013? Is that like Nixon's "secret plan"?
3. And because the presidents are dem at the time of ww2 US has no hesitation to cooperate with the "commie" USSR. Can you imagine Bush or McCain does that with Syria or Iran?
1. They put all of their resources into their military. That's why there's so much famine and NK citizens have to get by with scraping off fertilizer from trains and selling it for whatever scraps of food they can afford from the piss-poor farmers that can't cultivate anything. Considering how much influence one can have over the world with nuclear weaponry, it only fits that the Il regime would concentrate their intelligence on improving the ranges of those weapons as to have more influence.
2. As I recall, Nixon's "secret plan" never existed. The phrase was coined by Hubert Humphrey and a journalist, both of whom Nixon never bothered to correct. That is so radically different from an actual date of 2013 and the outcomes that McCain has said that he expects.
3. We were just coming out of isolationism in WWII. We didn't have any beef with the USSR at the time, considering we hadn't interacted with them for so long. Our global involvement today is to a much greater extent.
1. NK's government is not poor, since it doesn't spend any money on the citizens. The Il regime itself is going after the nukes.
2. The fact that there's even numbers involved makes it more valid than Nixon's "secret plan". 2013 would be the end of his first term. His campaign has much relations with commanders on the ground, so using models and stats from the ground is a factor.
3. Read the news. We're incredibly more involved with them than when coming out of isolation in WWII.
1. Nukes are operated by people you know and it won't go anywhere if the people are too starving to even push a button.
2. Hey if that's what you want to believe.
3. Threat of force isn't exactly the kind of "involvement" i'm talking about.
4. No wonder, look i've been around, my parents been to China and now i live in Indonesia so i suppose that makes me more "experienced" than you. BTW i'm 29.
1. Oh, really? So I'm guessing that the nuclear scientists EMPLOYED by the DPRK government (controlled, really) don't count as people. The civilians who go about their everyday famine aren't counted as part of the Il regime.
2. Giving up? Aww.
3. Then what ARE you talking about? Please, enlighten me with that vast intellect.
4. Just stop right there, I know where this is going. I feel bad for you, since you've had twelve years more than I have to learn basic political principles, yet you don't seem to have a firm grasp at all.
2. Convince me of what? That Democrats have been the party of war for much longer than Republicans? I'm already very convinced of that.
3. What? We haven't been exactly cordial with those nations. Plus we're more involved than when coming out of isolation in WWII. My point.
4. This is getting pathetic. At first you defended yourself by saying you were typing it like how a Philly accent sounds, but then when Jouromeo suggested otherwise you quickly changed your story.
1. OMFG. Why are you even bringing Muslims into North Korea's pursuit of nuclear weapons? Suicide bombers and the like HAVE NOTHING TO DO with what we were arguing. Are you, by any chance, just a really dumb troll?
2. You're only blinding yourself by refusing to check.
3. Do you ever pay full attention to the entire comment that I type? Avoiding points won't make them go away.
4. See #3. You're boring me. Go be an ignoramus at an Obama rally, though they already have a surplus.
The Nazis weren't suicidal. That MUST mean that they were a harmless dictatorship. The Stalinist regime wasn't suicidal. They must have been harmless, too. Your logic is in error. Try explaining what you really mean, 'cause that didn't make any sense.
2. Fine. You believe that snake-oil salesman Barack Hussein Obama.
3. "We're more involved than when coming out of isolation in WWII"
4. Why do you keep changing the subject when you know you can't win? Typical liberal tactic.
this chucknorris isn't an idiot. He doesn't seem unreasonable, he just seems to be convinced his facts are more correct than ours. Some say pa tate Oh & some say Pa ta toe. The most important thing is that you eat when you are hungry. Simply rephrase = He came to that being the best decision because of his environment and what he sees. He cannot ignore that and us calling him a dumbass isn't helpin. He just cannot see things how we do- he alone has the power to change that. advice to him? Grow!
If I didn't know better, I'd say you were patronizing me. I know that some think that there's sort of a political absolution, that different political ideologies can be acted on to be equally beneficial to society. I'm of the POV that right-wing views on a multitude of topics happen to lead to better results. I understand left-wing views, I really do. Ultimately, all ideologies are trying to help. Facts are stubborn things. I'm not giving half-truths. I'm simply contributing relevance to debate.
Nope wasn't patronizing you. But that was the best way I could describe how you view politics. Rightwing views are assinine in my view and overly simplistic when humans never were. I am not trying to insult you. I look at the data before me, at times I feel like rightwing could work but then I realize that life is about helpin others and doing so effectively and efficiently. But in-moment of debate, what about abstinence only education? racism and sexism towards minorities? highering practices?
McCain's speech is fine. The only difference between his speech and Hillary's or Obama's is that they gave theirs surrounded by fans screaming and cheering like idiots at every meaningless line spoken. That is a good style if you want to waste a lot of time and not really say anything, which just happens to not be what McCain is about.
No, McCain's speech is not fine. He can't read properly from a teleprompter, he can't connect with the audience (the few who showed up), his "punch lines" are completely off the line (if you follow his creepy smile). And the fact he is beaten by day old meat loaf when it comes to charisma, doesn't really help.
they are laughing at our division in the advertising office of the global plantation. Put yourself in the position of any child with their stomach ripped open by all the bullshit we're accountable for.stop fighting over your worthless idiocies.keep acting like politics matter, and needing your leaders. you stupid fucking humans make me sick to be one u.
I dont trust barrak hussein obama one bit at all..haha and when they where shouting hillary at :30-36 it sounded like they where shouting hitler, and McCain isnt really giving a speech, im ready for a debate, McCain would eat barrack hussein obama up and leave him speechless.
Uh Bush is a C STUDENT with a GPA of 2.35 of possible 4.00.
After his "towering intellect" i believe America is ready to elect someone who graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard even if he's black over a bottom fifth graduate even if he's white.
still doesnt matter, i'd rather have an average person with good military knowledge then a young man who hasnt done shit for this country while he has been in the senate.
1. I'm talking about legislation that he specifically created. He was one of 47 Co-Sponsors, and it sailed through Congress with no debate or battle and Bush ended up signing it. Not a huge accomplishment, considering ethics in Congress is still messed up. Anyway, that's the case with those other 2 bills that he "co-sponsored" (which is basically adding amendments and voting "yes")
2. "He does co-sponsored"?
3. I'm a "maroon"? A color? I pray to God that you're not a full-grown adult.
You obviously missed one of the funniest episodes involving people carrying signs. You might want to look further, but the hilarity surrounds the fact that a pro-Bush supporter held up a sign in which "moron"
I want you to understand,WWI & II are completely different from what we are facing now, the precedence is irrelevant. Furthermore, I didn't ignore what you said but you didn't understand more than half of what was being said, so in that sense , the sense of this conversation, you are not a full grown adult and hence you need to listen more and talk less because YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND. I'm not being mean, but there was a joke you missed and points you won't accept. Just because somebody tells you a
Particular pov does not mean they know themselves. Wherever you get your information from just make sure it is a very credible and reliable source. There are a TON of lies out there and without the truth we all make the wrong decisions. So find out what the real facts for you are. Life is never going to be fair and people can only understand what they can see, so if you haven't seen what I'm talking about then you can't understand it. I appreciate your vigor but it is misplaced. Repubs now evil.
So if they haven't passed through, IT'S NOT AN ACCOMPLISHMENT. Sheesh. He could introduce a bill for curing every disease while building a giant shield over the planet and falling every dictator in every country and it still wouldn't impress me because I know that the bill wouldn't pass through a single subcommittee.
Wow I replied to chuck saying that it may have been a typo but having watched Bugs Bunny, I know what you mean. I do remember that joke....and now I'm really disappointed with chuck. Good one.lol
Haha, dude listen to this, research on obama, find out what he stands for, then look at McCain find out what he stands for..and dont talk about war unless you've actualy been there and know what your talking about you obviously dont, and btw obama wants to raise taxes.
Duh, he is a democrat, but say why he wants to raise taxes. Tell about the socio-economic change that higher taxes will afford the citizens of the US, say more than half-truths. You are no better than a con man and liar. Be selfish, care about the money in your pocket, what lil you have. Because in the end what Obama is trying to do is something that benefits all that can't benefit themselves. I just can't go deep enough to support how important it is to be for others.
And better still, in all the socialist democratic countries, Japan, Australia, the European nations, taxes are much higher than in the US but the average standard of living is much higher too.
I live in Holland, I pay almost 40% income tax and I can still easily afford to buy a kickass computer, a PS3, a nice TV. I buy movie DVDs and games every month. And I don't even have a top paying job, I'm just an average tech support guy.
high gas prices=congress receiving 15% tax profit war base don want lies democrats approved the war on iraq unemployment extremely low how do they not have access to health care i was uninsured two years ago had pneumonia and they never turned me away so what other excuse do you have now besides personal irresponsibility

Obama's voting records:
Secure Fence Act of 2006 (Pub.L. 109-367).

Honest Leadership and Open Government Act of 2007 (Pub.L. 110-81).

Huh?
The VC didn't invade American shores and USSR didn't attack America when Vietnam war ended and the troops pulled out.
Please don't be so paranoid.
laleeloolelo 3 years ago

Oh and excerpts from OBL don't count because HE'S NOT LEADING ANY COUNTRY.

Oh, OBL doesn't lead a country, I'm well aware of that. But do you possibly think, in that infinitesimally small mind of yours, that there's a group that he may have some, you know, involvements with?
chucknorris51 3 years ago
You mean Al Qaeda? The group which still at large because the resources to fight them is used in Iraq instead of Afghanistan?
laleeloolelo 3 years ago
Yes. Don't change the topic. These militants want to attack us at home, unlike the VietCong.
chucknorris51 3 years ago
"These militants want to attack us at home, unlike the VietCong."
If you're talking about the one in AFGHANISTAN then i agree with you.
But the one in Iraq only want US troops out of Iraq IMO.
After all NONE of the 9/11 hijackers are from Iraq nor financed by Saddam.
laleeloolelo 3 years ago 2
So, you're saying that there's no Al-Qaeda in any other part of the world other than Afghanistan...in your opinion. Well, I've got news for you. Ever heard of Zarqawi? He was the top Al-Qaeda leader in Iraq, tasked by OBL to create terrorist cells that would perform attacks on foreign countries. OBL stressed the emphasis on "foreign countries" to mean America.
chucknorris51 3 years ago
"So, you're saying that there's no Al-Qaeda in any other part of the world other than Afghanistan...in your opinion."
That's not what i said.

It's the one in Afghanistan that "want to attack us at home, unlike the VietCong" IMO.

Pianissimeat 3 years ago
I just couldn't pass addressing your ignorance. Comparing democrats to Hitler when Democrats more than not try to help WITHOUT KILLING. Whereas, Republicans tend to be the WARMONGERS! I wish you the best...because you need it!
Jouromeo 3 years ago
Republicans tend to be warmongers? Maybe only recently, but do your research. The Democrats have been a party of war far longer than the Republicans.
chucknorris51 3 years ago
You know historical references are simply dated as to which party did what. I'm talking now because the politics and the world of yesterday are hopefully fading into yesterday. But I will say this, As a black man I am growingly uneased by the amount of racism and bigotry I note coming from the Repub party. And no I'm not saying you are being that way...but you'd be surprised if you don't already know. I almost don't care anymore.
Jouromeo 3 years ago 2
I'm not a racist, so your post is irrelevant. It's not nice to avoid the point I just made, btw.
chucknorris51 3 years ago
"The Democrats have been a party of war far longer than the Republicans."
At least when dems go to war, THEY WON!
Remember WW1, WW2, Korean war?
laleeloolelo 3 years ago
1. We didn't "win" the Korean War
2. The Vietnam War and the Cold War...started by Dems, ended by Republicans.
3. WW1 had the support of all, so regardless of who was the President we would have joined in, militarism and nationalism being at an all-time high.
4. Thanks for missing the entire point of what I said before.
chucknorris51 3 years ago
1. Hmm technically it's still ongoing but WITHOUT THE SLOW BLEEDING OF US SOLDIERS LIVES AND RESOURCES.
2. Yes they ended them BY STOP FIGHTING THEM MILITARILY!
3. So does the beginning of "war on terror" and yet even Australia and Britain are now pulling their troops.
4. Thanks for once again showing how wrong the right wingers are.
laleeloolelo 3 years ago
4. Thanks again for embarrassing yourself.
chucknorris51 3 years ago
1. Hey i didn't recall North Korean ever attack American with IED, do you?
2. My argument is: THEY ENDED THEM BY STOP FIGHTING THEM MILITARILY. So why can't GWB does the same?
3. Well of course, who would want to support a war based on wrong/false intelligence anyway?
4. Hey i/m not the one who doen't get the Bugs Bunny joke and thinks i misspelled. Thus proving the point of the joke about you AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
laleeloolelo 3 years ago
1. Yeah, they're sort of trying for something a bit worse than IED's. Nuclear fallout, anyone? Kim Jong's egotism wouldn't allow for anything less.
2. Hey, guess what McCain's plan is? Stop fighting them militarily by 2013. Just like many other wars that you may be aware of...
3. That's not the point. The point is that regardless of who was the President in WWI and II, we would have joined in.
4. Sorry, not everyone here watches old children's cartoons and remembers every joke made.
chucknorris51 3 years ago
4. You don't remember Bugs?
laleeloolelo 3 years ago
3. comie ussr is bester than facist russhia
bobbyseatbobs 3 years ago
1. They put all of their resources into their military. That's why there's so much famine and NK citizens have to get by with scraping off fertilizer from trains and selling it for whatever scraps of food they can afford from the piss-poor farmers that can't cultivate anything. Considering how much influence one can have over the world with nuclear weaponry, it only fits that the Il regime would concentrate their intelligence on improving the ranges of those weapons as to have more influence.
chucknorris51 3 years ago
4. I do.
chucknorris51 3 years ago
1. Your explanation shows NK is too poor to be a real threat.
2. So how can McCain be sure that of that 2013 number? why can't it be 2012 or 2023? What data did he use?
3. We don't have any REAL NATIONAL "beef" with either Iran or Syria either.
4. How old are you?
laleeloolelo 3 years ago
4. 17. You?
chucknorris51 3 years ago
BTW i'm 29.

laleeloolelo 3 years ago
1. Oh, really? So I'm guessing that the nuclear scientists EMPLOYED by the DPRK government (controlled, really) don't count as people. The civilians who go about their everyday famine aren't counted as part of the Il regime.
2. Giving up? Aww.
3. Then what ARE you talking about? Please, enlighten me with that vast intellect.
chucknorris51 3 years ago

chucknorris51 3 years ago

2. Hey if the quagmire in Iraq doesn't convince you what can?

4. Hey i'm not the one who doesn't even understand the reference to Bugs Bunny.
5. Oh well there are other meat you know.
laleeloolelo 3 years ago
1. Fine. Stay oblivious.
2. Convince me of what? That Democrats have been the party of war for much longer than Republicans? I'm already very convinced of that.
3. What? We haven't been exactly cordial with those nations. Plus we're more involved than when coming out of isolation in WWII. My point.
4. This is getting pathetic. At first you defended yourself by saying you were typing it like how a Philly accent sounds, but then when Jouromeo suggested otherwise you quickly changed your story.
chucknorris51 3 years ago
1. I'm living among muslim in the biggest muslim nation on earth, i'm confident i know what i'm talking about, do you?
2. That the dems know how to WIN even if it makes them look less, well, macho while doing so (Though the nukes in WW2 were hard core).
3. In what way? Cowboy diplomacy or REAL DIPLOMACY?
4. I'm not changing my story. Bugs does speak that way and you misinterpret it as misspelling.
laleeloolelo 3 years ago
1. Considering North Korea isn't Muslim, I don't think that matters.
2. Aaaaand here we go again. Take a look at some past posts so I don't have to repeat myself.
3. A mix. But you're either missing or avoiding the larger point that's being made here. Arguing with you is like arguing in different languages.
4. So, which is it, then? An accent, "a little typo between friends", or as Jouromeo put it, "that joke [from Bugs Bunny]"?
chucknorris51 3 years ago
1. You're right, they don't believe in 72 virgins waiting for them so i don't think we need to worry since they're not suicidal.
2. Hey i already let you believe what you want to believe, if you think i'm giving up that's fine.
3. Well i prefer real diplomacy and i think it's dangerous if they're mixed.
4. Call it whatever you want, you're still the one who misunderstand and thus proving the point of the joke. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
4.
laleeloolelo 3 years ago
Go be an ignoramus at an Obama rally, though they already have a surplus.
chucknorris51 3 years ago
1. My point is (If you're smart enough to notice) NORTH KOREA IS A HARMLESS THIRD WORLD DICTATORSHIP BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT SUICIDAL LIKE AL QAEDA!!!

3. What point do you think i'm avoiding?
4. You're not amused by Bugs Bunny?

3. "We're more involved than when coming out of isolation in WWII"

I'm simply contributing relevance to debate.
chucknorris51 3 years ago
Nope wasn't patronizing you. But that was the best way I could describe how you view politics. Rightwing views are assinine in my view and overly simplistic when humans never were. I am not trying to insult you. I look at the data before me, at times I feel like rightwing could work but then I realize that life is about helpin others and doing so effectively and efficiently. But in-moment of debate, what about abstinence only education? racism and sexism towards minorities? highering practices?

These are his bills that passed in the senate:
Honest Leadership and Open Government Act of 2007 (Pub.L. 110-81, 121 Stat. 735, enacted 2007-09-14).
Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 (S. 2590).
Secure Fence Act of 2006 (Pub.L. 109-367).
So who's stupid again?

chucknorris51 3 years ago
Uh Chuck, HE DOES CO SPONSORED THOSE BILLS!!!
In fact one of the bills "Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act" is called "COBURN-OBAMA TRANSPARENCY ACT"!!!
*Bugs Bunny: What a maroon*.
laleeloolelo 3 years ago

Jouromeo 3 years ago 2
And better still, in all the socialist democratic countries, Japan, Australia, the European nations, taxes are much higher than in the US but the average standard of living is much higher too.
