how can someone be allergic to water when the body is made up of 55% - 78% water (depending on age and sex of the person). They will have an allergic reaction 24 7 if they were allergic to water and also they wouldn't just have allergic reaction by having water on they skin. Plus this will also mean they can't drink nothing because every drinks have water and no food other than bone dry food because food that aren't bone dry will have water inside of them
