I have a friend who wants to start gymnastics but she's 19, she wants to know if she's too late? she used to do gymnastics when she was younger and continued off and on but hasn't done it since she was in 8th grade.
@cupidgurl15 Although I've never done gymnastics, she is not too old to start. She can look at videos here on youtube to prove that. All she would need to do is contact a few places in her area to see if they offer classes for adults.
@TheRayris8 Not being horrible or anything but judging from your longest bridge video i really doubt that because a level 10 gymnast would have straight legs in a bridge not bent legs and their ankles would be together! just saying im not being mean or anything
