it's understandable that they took out scene 66, a reference to order 66 in Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith... but the bromance in the last deleted scene; its heart breaking...

HOW COULD THEY TAKE THIS SCENE OUT. It's gorgeous. Arthur gave him his mother's sigil for Chrissake. That is so powerful and meaningful. Why would they cut that out? I think it's fucking important!

I flipped out with the last scene. Arthur is so trusting with Merlin. He gave the sigil to Merlin so that he could have something to remember him by. He wanted Merlin to understand how much he cares about him, despite the teasing. The bond within the bromance will definitely get 10x better in the finale and seasons to come.

ADMIT IT, ARTHUR. You were planning it on giving it to Merlin the WHOLE TIME, and only then did you work up the courage.

They really shouldn't have cut the Morgana/Morgause scene and the Merlin/Arthur scene. They were great character moments.

Some of these scenes I can understand why they cut, especially if they're short of time though...

The Merlin/Arthur scene was beautiful! :) ... though they redid that in different circumstances didn't they. I do like the other bits of dialogue in this though ;).... OH MY LIFE HE GAVE HIM SOMETHING WHICH BELONGED TO HIS FRIGGIN MOTHERRRRR!!!! lol... okay, THAT bit I LOVE!!!! lol

Yes I agree about the sigil. The modified version was sweet two but I really loved this one.

I think they used a modified form of that scene, but WHY?! WHY the HELL wouldn't you include that bit with Ygraine's sigil!??!? It took 15 seconds and increased the epic factor by five friggin' hundred!
