I agree that I need to get lower. Blenderate and I are just finishing the 5/3/1 program, and I think my deadlift has probably gone up. I pulled 200 lb x 8 for the last max-rep set. I have been trying to start lower for the first rep, but I think I end up moving my hips higher and higher as I progress through the set...
You should have Matt or Sioux-z critique your form, but from what I see, you need to focus on leaning back to leverage your bodyweight and pushing your heels through the floor.
Also, maybe try sumo style sometime. You might find it easier.

Maybe slightly lower hips even more to get more legs into the movements and keep the bar close to your legs as possible.

Congrats on the PR! With some DL-specific training, your max will definitely climb above 250 by the next time you test.
