This didn't happened with Buddhism, Jews, Hinduism, Christianism, whose prophets never used violence even died to give example of non violence.

And so was Judaism, but that was justified as cleasing the land of the Canaanites to make a homeland for their people, and they didn't really do much expansion beyond that. And while the prophets of Christianity and Judaism were non-violent, several of the Judges and other leaders of the Jewish people were definitely military leaders (Joshua, Gideon, Saul, David. Abraham himself even took up arms at least once)
