@bannanasrawsum the lawsuit with SME, i read on the new that Hankyung stop his lawsuit with SME, that mean he came back to SME and now under the control of SME, but he still decide whether to go back to Suju or not, he he came back, miss Hanchul so much

@tiffanysub14 From what I've read the courts ruled in favor of Hankyung and dismissed his contract with SM, but he had another case with them over what (not sure) I'm assuming is compensation for damages (physical/mental) and Hankyung dismissed this case. If it is about compensation he probably dismissed it because SM was drawing it out, not letting it come to a close and have a specific amount payed to him, as of now even JYJ hasn't settled their case of compensation with SM.

You can tell towards the very end that Hankyung is crying. He sniffs and looks a lil choked up. :( This was after Heechul's accident, right? We can tell that HanChul are close because they really care for each other. Hankyung must have been thinking about how it was a miracle that Heechul was able to sing/perform again. Whether a couple or just friends, they love each other no matter what and to me, that's the most beautiful thing in the world. <3

@mblaqfreak I don't really know the whole story, but tis was some time after Donghae's dad died (you know about that, right?) and Heechul was on his way home from the funeral (which took place in Hae's hometown, Mokpo) and got in a car accident. Apparently, he bit his tongue really hard to keep from passing out cuz he wanted to keep his image- even in that situation- and so he had to get stitches on his tongue and he got a rod in his leg. Hope I helped some. ^^

@mblaqfreak I'm sure he was since he was trying to keep from passing out. But he wanted to keep his strong image, so he bit his tongue as hard as he could so that he'd stay away. He couldn't even talk for a while after he got stitches on his tongue. And the fact that he got a rod in his leg is very serious. (Of course, he got the rod taken out a few years ago.) And good, I'm glad! ^^

He's currently doing 4 weeks of training before he will move onto completing 23 months as a public service personnel (from home). As for DBSK, I don't think they've done they're military service yet, but I don't know for sure.

He left SM entertainment as he wasn't happy with his contract, saying that they worked him too hard and wouldn't give him time of if was ill or anything. Heechul and Hangeng were really close. This performance was Heechul's comeback performance after he was in a car accident. If you have any other wuestions just ask. I'm happy to help if I can.

In some ways we can't say that SM sucks, cause the fact that SM maybe unfair we still can't blame them for Hankyung's departure. Cause SM is like the one that helped them to reach their goals. My opinion only. Still, I miss Hankyung so much.......
