they took it out, I think, because it was to difficult to control... 3d controls, like in the space stage, can be threatening to someone just starting a game... but they should have given the player a choice... go to land, or stick around in the ocean a while longer, or hell, let them stay in the ocean, become like dolphins or something... I hope, if they make a spore 2, that this, and clothing, will be fixed, and added, since the cloths also look like shit

The game got complicated, just like life, and so basiclly it ended up behing more basic, and that whole expansion stuf that EA does with games like this, i think in the future, after 2009, its going to be like the sims, not very many expansion packs the first year, but then you have an EXPLOSION.

graphics - bit too good, + it is shared with other players, so far nintendo hasn't impressed me with the "WIFI" stuff.

if your refering to the shared content that is optional, it is not a multiplayer game though, as for the graphics i dunno the videos your watching are uncompleted years old pc versions, but when it is completed will look alot more different anyway, from what i hear next chritsmas 2008 will be the soonest you will see it... if then, wouldn't suprise me if it came out in easter 2009
