There are no implants. The Serdev suture butt lift method lifts the own soft tissue of the patient. Natural, higher, more projected, without foreign bodies.

Exersicing gives results only for the time ot exercising. It can not lift the soft tissue arount the muscles that drops with the time due to gravity, age etc.

Buttocks and breasts have to be in proper proportions and volumes. Butt lift elongates the legs. Breast lift is also possible using scarless Serdev sutures. Breast implants should be proportional. If breast implants and ptosis, a scarless breast lift is recommendable, or a change of implant volume and position.

The thread of the suture is semi-elastic and permits tissue to move, but tissue needs time to fix the suture. No muscles are sutured, only fibrotic tissue. Exercises engaging leg and buttocks muscles are permited after one month and a half.

Butt lift is important in skiny ladies as well. We do a lot of skiny models and mannequins. Main ndications are aesthetic proportions and ptosis, as well as shorter legs in comparison to body.

Modern anesthetics are superior to general anesthesia. The patient is usually under iv sedation and local anestesia, and does not remember the time of operation that lasts about 10-20 min. No trauma, no scars. General anesthesia could be used but lasts too long and risks for the patient are much higher.

Depending on the ethnic culture, buttocks can be augmented additionally or in models we use liposculpturing to form proportional volumes, straight and visually elongated legs.
