Hiyaaaa! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my father got detailed 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
@SuperSimonAG This is not plyometrics at all, in fact it's just the opposite. Plyometrics is fast, explosive movements designed to train your muscles and nervous system for speed and explosive power. This is a slow movement designed to focus on increasing strength and work your pecs from a wide range of angles. Give it a try and your pecs will be feeling it big time.
@niko493 Maybe your chest is more developed than your triceps at this point, so you don't feel it so much there. This definitely hits both, but the angle of your elbows can change the emphasis.
If you keep your elbows in, it really nails your triceps. If you let them flair out a little, it's more chest. Give it a try and you'll see what I mean.
@kasama1000 No single strength exercise will burn a lot of fat, but a complete, intense workout definitely will, and ramp up your HGH and testosterone as well, which helps burn fat.
@TheDJ596 Yes, this will build mass. The key to building mass is intensity. Endless reps with low intensity won't do it. Try some of these push-ups and you'll see how intense it becomes after only a few reps.
@ramusic10 Thanks alot. Ya ive heard people say that banging out 100 pushups is less affective, it doesnt stimulate the muscles much but instead do pushups that break down the tissue more and and im sure this is what they meant your pushup. Another question: after so often doing this you should you mix in another exercise to confuse the muscle?? ive heard that alot from people "muscle confusion"
@TheDJ596 Most of the serious, knowledgeable trainers and researchers that I talk to and read, don't put much value in "muscle confusion." It's more about intensity and progression. And if you work up to one arm chins, one arm pushups, pistols, etc., with perfect form and no bouncing or cheating in any way, it's VERY intense.
@ramusic10 oh really? ok. Ya the people ive heard that from i dont think they were serious trainers. So youre saying as long as the muscle is under intense stimulation and you are, as you said, progressing like getting stronger, you are doing the right thing?
@dannyrose87 If you apply yourself consistently to a program like I give you in the Look Great Naked At Any Age system, you'll START to see results in about three weeks. To build yourself up if you're out of shape will take continued effort, and could take a few months, but you'll see progress the whole way. By a complete program, I mean effective strength training, high intensity interval cardio training (don't waste your time with aerobics), and a clean diet. All three elements must be there.
@dannyrose87 In my experience it's best to rest at least one day between workouts. Overtraining without adequate rest actually slows your muscle growth.
Wow! I just tried these, i got to about 10 and my chest is on fire! Nearly called the fire station lol! Great exercises, thanks for uploading these videos!
