@minisyc0 According to the game designers, the Infected's hearing only responds to high pitched sounds, like the smoke alarms on the pipbombs, car alarms, etc. Low sounds like gunfire doesn't register. Or something.

Case in point: I'm playing Swamp Fever. We are still on chapter 1. Everyone but me has been downed 2-3 times, and I've killed almost all the zombies myself. We're getting to the end. A tank comes out and hits me, then those jackholes left me to fight the fucking tank myself, and I die. When the next chapter starts, these assholes kick me from the game. So there's that.

in my opinion in case of a outbreak get your guns load the even somthing lioke a 22 it could end up saving you life. then baricade your house dont gou outside untill you know the large of whats happing becasue if around you u r fucked. if its not around you then get your car a smaller weapon and get food one way or another. if your in a urban area head to the country. your more likely to survive in a less populated area. after so long you cant truse anyone. keep your guns leaded and keep faith.

as you lose blood while you're dying, your eyes get less blood and so you dont percieve color as well. the game is just simulating that effect when you are near death

Zombies typically are bad at climbing. Ergo, the wandering undead simply trickle down to the path of least resistance.

However, in Left 4 Dead, the horde can climb. Also, they are everywhere, and just happen to follow you everywhere you go. Vis a vi, 28 Days Later.
