It's not only emergency vehicle's, I was in a 7.5 ton lorry in London, making a delivery on a one way street which was narrow. Some dipstick parked on the corner on double yellow's and I got stuck with a bunch of cars behind. The police came along and told me to go round the corner regardless and to claim any damage back off the parked cars insurance. They just gave me a incident number and put one in the parked cars window, I'm not going to lie, I did lean on it a bit haha

I hate it when cars fully park on the kerb so cars can get by on the road, but the car driver has no regard or safety in making ped's walk around the car onto the road into oncoming traffic, I've seen many people twist off door mirrors because of their idiotic parking. What about cars parking closely in front of gates and drives, thus stopping you from getting to your house.

I had to keep the car parked directly outside as the local chavs would take a shine to it. The car at the bottom always nicks my spot outside the house, unfortunatley I therefore had to park opposite.
At least I got my money for damages though!
