  • How did you even get the game to start? I have the same card and it worked fine the first time, then I wanted to play again the game said failed to initialize game start up interface.

  • @Ilike2run4fun Maybe you updated the game, and the latest update won't let you?

  • @h4v0kk I did update to the 1.9 update with the DX11 pack and that could be the problem. still not entirely sure.

  • @h4v0kk Also the DX11 pack is a separate download and I don't have that.

  • use this integrated graphics then upgrade when you have at least $150

  • @thatgirlisflyytt yeah thats wut im doing but i ned a new psu also since my pc is good but cheap ass

  • you wanna fry out that thing? oced to 1ghz

  • @nikkolei Trust me, temperature isn't a problem, unless you over-volt the southbridge in your BIOS setup.

  • @h4v0kk so you didnt add any cooling? whats your bios setup i oced mine to 750mhz and didnt touch any voltage

  • for those people who still wanna get this chip.......just get a GT240 or 220 you get much better performance without a little tweaking on your bios.......those two cards are very cheap

  • thats what it looks like.

  • @airsoftnerf45 What are you trying to say? That I'm trying to fake this?

  • he used Fraps and set the Frame rate to record at 60.

  • @airsoftnerf45 STFU. I DID NOT. What would I profit from faking this in any way? GET YOURSELF OR BORROW AN AMD 785G or 880G/880GX motherboard with a similar CPU, and try out for yourself, before stating retarded insinuations or accusations. There are THOUSANDS of Crysis 1 or 2 videos on Youtube with people playing these games on this very same IGP - with similar results. WHAT DO YOU THINK, THAT THIS IS SOME WORLD-WIDE CONSPIRACY/SCAM BEING PERPETRATED upon Intel/nvidia owners? :) :) :)

  • how was the fan while playing this?

im intending on getting a HP Pavilion p7-1020 Desktop PC

think i still will be able to play?

  • on your other Video "Dirt 3" is that IGP too? I'm planning to get this mobo for business , but no stock only MSI with 785G chip

  • @GodSlayerXIII No. In the DIRT videos I was using much more powerful, discrete graphics cards, like nvidia 8800GTS or Radeon 4870s...

  • im planning on getting a phenom ii six core with 6gb ram and a radeon hd 6450

will it run this? isnt the 6450 just a tiny bit better then 4200? and it has

    deticated memory

  • Do you think I can run Crysis 2 on a Nvidia GeForce 6150 SE?

  • @crazyivan96 No way. Too feeble, too slow.

  • @h4v0kk i got like 150$ spare bucks... u think i can get a nvidia 7900 for that price. Cuz all my other system specs like ram, cpu, memory is amazing.. i just need a video card upgrade :S

  • how did u keep it cool?

  • @AmateurCreationzz No special cooling whatsoever. The stock heatsink on my mobo, GA-MA785GT-UD3h.

  • @AmateurCreationzz they really don't get that hot at 1 GHz. i tried it myself when i was waiting on a replacement gpu. the performance scales pretty well to the clock speed too, so i really see no reason NOT to use the 1 GHz (unless of course yours isn't stable without extra voltage).

it isn't enough to do much, but if you are gpu bottlenecked in a game that is cpu bound like left4dead, the benefits are pretty amazing.

  • you CAN play it with integrated gpu.... but that doesnt mean you SHOULD....

  • Could I run Crysis2 on a ATI Mobility radeon HD 5145 ( renamed + better HD 4570 ) with 512mb Vram, and a AMD 2.1GHz dual core? Thanks!

  • what an good igpu can do igpu means intergted rated graphic processing unit for those who do not know

  • Still would be worth checking out a video card.

  • @sofnsable Of course. This was not to suggest that you wouldn't need one - it was meant to demonstrate how optimized this game is, and how well this IGP runs it, albeit overclocked.

  • Man, this helps a lot in making decision whether to buy the motherboard or not

  • Not much help, man.

  • @JoelAruoja Each board, depending on the BIOS maker on it - has different settings, that are NAMED differently. Besides, could you imagine EVERYONE asking me "how to do this or that"... I'd have to make it a full time job to go from viewer to viewer and respond to every request. I just don't have the time, AND it's better that you consult the proper source... And there are ZILLIONS of guides and tutorials on the internet.

  • Question, can you PM how did you overclock your HD 4250? I have the graphics card too and have looked for ages on how to overclock it, but with no results!

  • @JoelAruoja Google is your friend. It differs from board to board.

  • what is this i don't even...

  • looks awesome! got the 4250 with 256meg ded, 1.9GB shared hyper mem @ 530herts *standard, not O.C*

It along side a P340 Athon II duel core that clocks 2.2Ghz standard per core.

(shaders 4.1, DX11) think I could force crisis to work?

  • @r4microds You must overclock both the 4250 and your CPU. Your CPU needs to go as close to 3GHz as possible, and overclocking the GPU (graphics) is absolutely crucial.

  • @h4v0kk : probally not the smartest idea with a laptop, considdering that it allreddy gets hot fast- darn AMD processers.. i love em, but its a lot of heat... :S

Anyways, i could give it a shot, AMD overdrive should work, what program do you use?

  • crysis 2 is amazingly optimized

  • Can my computer run this at all?

AMD Phenom II 521 Dual-Core processor

    3.50GHz, 2MB L2 Cache

    4GB DDR3 SDRAM system memory

    1TB SATA hard drive

ATI Radeon HD 4200 integrated graphics

With up to 1919MB total available graphics memory

  • @redremnant : remember that you have 256mb dead, the 1919mb is shared video memory. the 256 is used first, then switches to shared - (shared mem is a bit slower, and its actully ram thats being used as graphic mem)

  • /did you change the fov ?

  • @KEEVVY Yeah. cl_fov = 96 is the command... You put it in the autoexec.bat file, in the game folder/directory/install location.

  • @h4v0kk actualy I'm using Crysis2AdvancedGraphicsOptions V1.8 ,but thanks for the tip

  • Comment removed

  • Very nice overclock, and impressive frame-rates. Did you use a fan to get the HD4200 IGP to hit 1GHz?

Also, if you were to use a discrete graphics solution, what would you opt for? Thanks.

  • @QuadTubeChannel No fan, only stock fan-less passive heatsink. It should run in FULL HD just fine on EXTREME details, on a radeon 5870/nvidia GTX 460.

  • Wow this looks amazing for IGPU.

  • when i start the game it says unsupported video card detected

  • @122stephan Just ignore that sh*t... Continue, and it'll all work out just fine. Also make sure you update the game to the latest update available (I think it's v1.4 now).

  • gonna try this >:)

  • hello sorry can you tell me the settings you put in the bios and voltages? thanks

  • @peppozero It varies from board to board - even if it's the same model. Some models/samples let you go to 1GHz - others, even if they're the very same model - do not. I did not have to alter any voltages in my BIOS setup.

  • well IF it runs that smooth on high imagine MEDUIM or LOW but still im getting it for xbox 360

  • @kris10ish There are no "medium" or "low" settings in Crysis 2... "High" is the lowest gfx. setting, because the developer wanted to compare it to the graphics in Crysis 1, with respect to how much more optimized the game is...

  • @h4v0kk THAT sucks

  • my pc is

    AMD Athlon II X3 425 2,70Ghz

    MEMORY : Goodram 6GB DDR3 1333

    Same MObo

can i play this game on my pc??

and how many fraps do you get it?
