If everyone thinks that Inflation will run rampant, then interest rates will go up. just an example of negative attitudes can affect a market.

Also, a lot of traders nowadays don't know what they are doing and base their stock purchases on assumptions. So, they will pretty much do what people say.

I really respect Peter Schiff and his understanding of the economy. I've seen him pull off a lot of really good news appearances but I really think he needs to exercise some restraint when it comes to talking over people.

He also needs to realize that he needs to play their game a little more to get his point across. Otherwise he just seems like he has something to hide. He gave estimates, why not just run with those as opposed to fighting so hard.
