@TheDistortionBassist Needs to be under 1hp and cant go faster than 20mph with a 170lbs person as a standard. Therefore if you are 200lbs and it goes 20mph it is considered a motorcycle. If your electric motor is more than 1hp it is a motorcycle. Electric Motorcycles need to be registered and insured like any motor vehicle. There's a lot of redtape :-(
