  • Don't think the bass was louder, it was just the location of the filmer. If anyone could get away with covering up THE guthrie govan, its billy sheehan

  • Nice very nice !

  • this is pretty impressive, just skip the first 2 min

  • Although billy sheehan is a beast , he shouldn't have to overpower guthries volume. All you hear is bass.

  • Anyone can say to me the title of this song please?

  • jeff beck tune not sure of title

  • led boots just remembered

  • To the fools asking to be killed after 2 mins of this, gladly. Come to my house i'll sort it for ya np. As long as it shuts your whining cake hole i'll do it.

  • I´ll be whistling this one all day tomorrow I know it!

  • Amazing technical session. But, after one minute...please....somebody shoot me.

  • You go here to hear more; if you wanna hear less, you go somewhere else to hear less: that's about it...

  • both masters

  • The bass is to loud...

  • bass is never too loud dude, I'm a guitar player I love bass

  • Led Boots!!!!

lol Max Middleton and Beck would be blown away by this

    Govan is pure awesomeness

  • These 2 are perfect together!!!

  • No, Billy Sheehan is too full on for Govan, He's perfect for Vai. Govan commands COMPLETE attention!

  • And Vai doesn't? Sure, he's nowhere near as technically able, but he's a terrific songwriter.

  • You're absolutely right. Vai is God-like, but his playing lends itself to more creative accompaniment, where-as Guthrie fills the gaps, yet still leaves just enough breathing space...if ya know what I mean....I'm rambling aren't I?

  • Haha, no, I think I understand where you're coming from. They're musicians on two completely different wavelengths.

  • i dont think so... i mean great players always blend good... plus their tones work nicely together. generally billy's tone matches the guitar sound in general...for rock/fusion/funk... he is the man in bass although he is not the classic bass player per se...and of course vai's music commands COMPLETE attention...!

  • Yeah I guess Vai and Guthrie are both Godlike as players. I love them both.

And Billy and Guthrie looked like they had fun so...I'm eating my words. ANY two muso's can jam together, it doesn't always sound great but...

  • That Govan is a truly superb artist; I hope that he enjoys a brilliant career and all that comes with it.

  • That Rocked!

  • Holy shit hell. In regards to both musicality and technique, how can playing get any better than this?

  • led boots ;]

  • Yep - Led Boots

  • fuck man crazyyyyy!!! :):)

  • both are genius

  • Actually it's the whole video not just the first part.

  • I think the first part of this video is Led Boots by Jeff Beck

  • The beginning is a song from Greg Howe & Richie Kotzen

  • You fuckin NOOB.

  • Are you stupid?

Greg Howe & Richie Kotzen covered Led Boots on their second album.

  • You're clearly dense. Since they COVERED the song it's not their fucking song is it? No dipshit it isn't.

  • People like you make the world a less cool place. Perhaps when you grow up, you will realize this.

  • what a show XD thanks for the vid man :)
