One of the most hilarious lines ever delivered by George happens in the episode "The Fix-Up". He's practically interrogating Jerry about a woman who he may or may not go out on a blind date with. Even though Jerry reassures him that she has a decent cheek, George isn't satisfied. He presses the issue, and asks: "Does it have a pinkish hue?"

I think that line perfectly symbolizes everything about George.

Jerry Seinfeld may be the star of the show, but in my opinion George Costanza made the show what it is. People say Kramer is the funniest, but George's sociopathic nature and his daily misfortunes (that are almost painful to watch) is definitely the funniest element of the show.
