Cool, I got this mission on the first try, but I am a little bit of a naval Guru.... I knew to stay in front and keep the T crossed. And steer straight at the DD;s (to dodge the torps better) and than just pound out all the ships mag's. I only had 1/4 HP and I was on mad repairs. And I would steer away after each wave to get more repair time in. Fuso is a good design, her secondary armaments rape little ships good too.

It was very easy.

I just plot the ship's heading first(like going circle)

then "FIRE AT WILL!!"

Tip from someone who has played for 3 years... Aim at the magazine or fuel tank. When you actually hit them, they catch on fire, try to keep hitting that area and you will deal massive damage with even a single strike, possibly one-hit-killing a small ship.

Yes, when the target is within the range of secondary guns, they'll fire.

Tip: Always avoid the torpedoes, no matter what you're doing or what's shooting at you, always turn into or away to the torpedoes. It only takes three or four hits to sink you

I loive that level (it's a real challenge) I spent many hours aswell as curse words on this. I always lost it as the Repulse and Prince of Wales.

HINT: You just need to know where to hit

i ussualy let the AI fire cuz mannualy i cant hit a thing from far away unless its not moving, if i aim at the front of the ship the shots land in the water behind the stirn and if i try the aim at the water infront of it they just overshoot, AI does a pretty good job though

u new at BS: M? Cause if ur not u should be able to hit ships manually and AI shots are not the most reliable acurate shots.

lol ur time will come. I beat this mission for my friend and miself like 2 times. its pretty easy. Try Java sea thats the hardest. (Second Ship Challenge)

You should have gone to the repair screen to stop the water when you wew hit by torps.

Uh, actually, Fuso, along with its sister Yamashiro, was sunk by 5 of the battleships that were damaged at Pearl Harbor.

If there's a real super-battleship in BSM, I'd say it's Fuso. I mean just look at the number of guns she has! Yamato and Iowa only have three turrets...

All of which have three barrels and fire bigger shells. She only has 3 less gun barrels than Fuso.

You also have to take into account not just the faster refire rate but also the fact that the guns are separated into multiple smaller turrets, making it harder to disable. Yamato and Iowa just need to lose a single turret to lose their entire aft coverage, and just two to be blind in the front (at least on long range anyway)

Yes, though a little out dated, but still in Renown and King George V classifications. Fuso also has an Inferior turret arrangement, in my opinion, due to the extra weight of the 4th turret and armor of the extended armor citadel for the shells.....

@Fischer0Dude So that's is why the Ise Class Battleship replaced the Fuso Class, the Ise had the same armament as the Fuso. But in 1944 she had her last 2 turrets replaced by a "Flight deck." From then on she was a hybrid battleship

It's really like the Battlefield series - you can play it 1P, but it really shines as multiplayer. For $30 USD, it's certainly worth it if you love this kind of game.

Maybe it was an observation tower or commend tower. It seems some IJn battleships were designed in that way.
