Due to the number of frames produced to animate storm of arrows, it was made that only the user could see it's true speed because if the lag it will produce to the other maplers.
I think its that the video you saw must've have a framerate that was more worse(not saying bad)then this one, this video has a high framerate so it shows storm of arrows (which makes it look so smooth/crisp) and more clearly, thats what i think.
I don't see why anyone would wanna use this in training o_o, risking your HP for the sake of high damage (SoA/MB), when really archers should be far ranged and shooting. If anything should spawn on you, shouldn't you move a bit and just Dragon Pulse? :o
(Also I love mortal blow D:!)
-Also, jeez lol almost 10 non critical arrows with storm arrow, i would say thats bad luck :P

Isn't it still helpful in case a monster gets to close? I seen another video of a Bowmaster saying she was glad to have max MB. I'm still a little confused.
Oh ya, i would also like to pointout that with sharp eyes, even lv1 SOA can easily achive knock back rate of many monsters making it even harder to activate SOA-MB

MB is 90% chance now. I'm leaving Inferno at lvl 1 cause it sucks and i'm maxing MB just to make you mad :]

that glitch was in GMS for like a month or 2, made a few bowman quit...but its fixed now.

lol i recorded your storm of arrow but I did not see that many arrow shot out from you o_o
the video I recorded on other maplestory bowman soa is much slower than the one i view in this video (many arrows + fast)

SoAs fastness can only be seen by the user. To normal maplers it just is very slow and ugly.

Ya, it's helpful for people that don't have Dragon Pulse, which so happends to be one of the first skills that any BM/XBM would probably add.

So in better conclusion for the dimwitted.
Don't get Mortal Blow for an increase of speed in Storm of Arrows/Hurricane. This theory has been proven wrong thanks to this channel users.
