@TheMurrdawg7 He didn't decide to change his voice. He grew up. He started out when he was like 16. I have to admit a have seen STD recently and he's voice is back on track, they sounded amazing. Shame the new album is not really consistent with the older sound although it's ok.

Chris had throat surgery a few years ago and had to train his voice to sing differently, otherwise he wouldn't be able to perform anymore. That's where the new sound is stemming from. It's unfortunate, but obviously necessary.
