  • This was the first drive w the new turbo setup, making 520rwhp... Car now has R block, bigger turbo, porter heads and intake, solid roller cam and makes 700+rwhp on 12-13psi thru a built T56 6 speed

  • I've seen this car on the mustang forums a long time ago...it is a 331 stroker with big heads, intake, and a 66 mm turbo...it could make 700 hp at the flywheel with this combo, but it was a still a stock short-block, so my guess is that it was closer to 600 hp at the flywheel, but the torque from the turbo is where it shines...probably in the neighborhood of 700 ft-lb at the wheels...at any rate, a 10 second street car easy in the quarter mile.

  • 700 hp?? I wanna know whats in it. A 302 will only take that much power with HEAVY mods. Even MPFI with 60 lb race injectors, a bigger cam AND a blower nets less than 650. And unless you have 2 demon (or equiv) carbs stuffed under that hood, I'm callin BULLSHIT to 700hp!!

  • how do you know its a 302? and its not impossible to make over 650 hp in a foxbody, a lot of people have

  • @BrewCityLove i KNOW it's a 302 by sound of exhaust. If you've been around motors long enough you know the note. And I never said it was IMPOSSIBLE to net plus 650 in a foxbody, OR a small block 302. Just very unlikely. There is a few factors that determine engine strength and power, And since I grew up building motors (I have more than 200 under my belt thank you, all diferent makes) I know that certain changes due to motor dynamics.

  • i love that chirp

  • nice i like the stock look of it
