Hi! The hair extension looks awesome! And it might prevent you from pulling as well! By the way, ever tried putting on gloves when you're alone and in situations where you usually pull? I used to pull when I was reading long stuff online, alone. So, I tried to do my readings at school, or somewhere public. In my room when I was alone I only listened to music and danced.. I also wore gloves. Helped me a lot! I can actually go swim!. You'll be fine now, but feel free to try these tricks as well!
