McCartney is on record(!) as saying he and John had no idea thta nyone could own a song when they first started out. It does seem antithetical to what the free love generation stood for. The point of the song and the video is to push the copyright issue a little bit further. This video is "monetized" too, which makes it even more interesting.

Yeah, Kembrew MacLeod's book "Freedom of Expression" which is available as a free PDF download covers all those issues and more. THEY want to copyright everything, stick it away in a vault and produce it when someone else tries to use it. It is the death of culture and the end of science.

No download difference, if that's what you mean. The stereo thing here on YT is all screwed up. It seems that the same video has two different URLs, but they don't tell you about the stereo one. But the same infor and comments etc comes up against both. It's sideways.
