@ealen It definitely doesn't stay on the waterline all day, but it doesn't smudge down into my under eye area. The only eyeliner I know that stays on the waterline all day in MAC Fluidline
@oneblackrose2012 It was a limited edition product that was released quite a few years ago. You may have luck finding it at an Estee Lauder sale in Canada or a CCO in the US

@oneblackrose2012 If you want to highlight your face with a might highlighter I recommend using concealer instead of a powder product
