It's not underrated, it simply got old. Dynasty warriors is like a genre itself. So many games for PSX, XBOX or PC and yet they're more or less the same (pretty much the same patern with various additions suitable for each game's background).

You may enjoy the game and stuff but later on you'll realize that you kept mashing 3xattack>special attack with some crappy animation for 20 hours.

Beat'em up on the other hand usually have a variety of comboes and attacks which actually look good!

@Chippy242 The Sengoku games are set in the Sengoku Era(Well, nah) About 15th or 16th century, I think? And it's pretty much a war between the states of Japan. Sengoku BASARA was developed by Capcom. Sengoku Warriors however, was created by Koei just like Dynasty Warriors.

you know is anyone remembers the first sengoku basara game was for ps2 and was called devil kings they didnt relese the second one in north amaerica and now they are releseing the third one and calling it sengoku basara samarai heros. In reality this game is accualy devil kings 3. and all the old charecters like the blue guy with 3 swords and the red guy with the headband all have new japanese names. just so you all know
