  • If I begin Irish dancing, will my teacher be that cute ?

  • if you are totally drunken and in a full irish pub you wont strech your fucking legs c.O !

  • would anyone have watched this if she wasnt such a fitty?

  • ...this girl is fucking gorgeous.

  • if you were a boy you had no likers

  • Thank you so much for sharing your amazing talent of Irish Dance with others, particularly those who are unable to afford lessons. I appreciate the time you have invested in creating these videos! The instructions are easy to follow and well video taped.

  • hint*

remember to tell beginners about time allocated stretch (google it if you don't know) it means the time needed for each stretch (as they differ)

also, learn your muscle groups...what is being stretched and why!!

also, DO NOT BOUNCE on your muscles, you will end up torn to shreds after a while... also, shin splints are massive in irish dance, so show stretches to help avoid them.

and when stretching your (foot) and (leg, lol), use a wall... it gives a fuller stretch to stop cramping :)

  • I've heard from all professional sources that you shouldn't ever stretch your knee past your toe, because it puts too much stress on the knee. Google "common stretches to avoid" for more info on that.

Also, never stretch before warming up - something like walking/jogging several minutes. Cold muscles don't stretch as well, and are more prone to injury.

  • @HantoKah man where was this advice when I needed it?? I always stretched before warming up and wondered why it felt better to stretch AFTER a small workout. Thanks

  • i live in derry i think u should give me ur number privet mail ;) x

  • My god you guys shes just doing examples because she has a short video time and it would be boring for us to see her stretch.

~Professional Irish Dancer, Dancing for 15 years so far~

  • this is an instructional video she isnt going to stretch for 20 mins, come on

  • EXACTLY!!!!! this isnt a DVD she has a SHORT amount of time here!!!

  • sorry but i would believe this more if she were wearing the actual Irish Reel shoes...

also she should stretch for about another 15 minutes or so...I dance and if I only did that I would be on the floor in pain.

  • is that really enough??

  • i think shes just giving examples cuz of having such a short video time

  • @Supersaiiyin no duh ;)

  • @Doodles1199 *lols* sum ppl were complaining cuz the vid wasnt long enuff ^-^

  • DAAHHHHH :p

  • @36dominique36 you suck

  • You are not streaching fully. You should be streaching much more if you are going to dance for a longer period of time... I know this because I'm a dancer, too.

  • i think shes just giving examples cuz of having such a short video time

  • nicely done
