  • Is Parallels irresponsible? Are they selling to illegitimate companies? A store apparently sold me the same original product that they had sold to someone else.

    I only realized almost 2 years after because there is an apparent defect & Parallels doesn't give support unless you register. When I tried to register, the other person already had.

    Taking photos of the original envelope, volunteering info & hours of foreign calls to wrong #s ... & STILL CAN'T GET REGISTERED / SUPPORT!

  • hi does does anybody know how to get rid of that flicker when he quickswitches to windows? i know you can do it smoothly wiht virtual pc but can it be done wiht parallels?

  • how do you get vista with the aero interface on a macbook, not the macbook pro? Anybody know how? Also, what can't u use when using windows vista on a mac?

  • Yea its cool software, but there are some draw backs. Parallels only allows you to use 8MB of Vido RAM. Also, it uses up one of the cores on your CPU, so running it will be like using one core of your CPU for each OS.

  • I use Parallels. The MacBook has 2 GB Ram, but the VM for WinXP only has 256 Mb Ram - more on www.macgo.de
