  • This is superb! most of the instructions do not tell you how to lift the weight, and by that I mean push your arm BACK and not pull up..makes a lot of difference since you feel the contraction really well! thanks!

  • This guy is one of few people who actually demonstrate how to perform certain exercises properly. A lotta 'pros' on Youtube are frauding, and demonstrating terrible form that'll get people injured. This on the other hand is good.

  • @Izixter...Fail, I hope you are being sarcastic. Form is ALWAYS the most important aspect of weightlifting. You apparently recruit other muscle groups and use momentum to help you do your rows - totally wrong. Of course, if your goal is to impress people with a 300lb. dumbell row, then you can throw form out the window because NOBODY can use proper form with that much weight (including Kroc and Johnnie Jackson).
