Propaganda produced two really catchy songs in the mid 80's that should have been much bigger hits than they were - this one 'Dr. Mabuse' from 1984 and 'Duel' from 1985.

dr. mabuse is a char of fritz lang - btw. one of the greatest reg of all time > just see metropolis, one of the greatest films ever made or "M" eine stadt sucht einen mörder > nearly 80 years old and still actual and so i think its of course and logical that its "sell him your soul"

this song is great because it tells not only about human char > its great because propaganda does it on "dr. mabuse", a mov that many people know > and if they don´t know just watch and u understand.....

one of the best 10 minute songs ever from an 80's band, by far. such an eerie song, a pure classic. the final 3 minutes really top it off...yeah i don't know how propaganda only came out with one solid album and declined so quickly, no one had dark synthpop like they did, that was there place in music...

One of my all time favourite songs. GREAT!!!

Propaganda made some very good "extended versions" of different of their songs.

It was a really great time, especially after the Simple Minds guys joined the band.

So sad that they were cheated by the record company and the band therefore started to quarrel and split up.

And it is of course "Selling your Soul!"

Dr. Mabuse was an evil guy and so to say haggling with the devil. :-)
