I have 2 19" I love em but Im thnkin of going to 3 monitors like the 3rd is my tv and get wireless keyborad and mouse i priced it at 80 for the USB video card and 30 for keyboard and mouse so about 120 to do this.

I have a question about dual monitors:

If I have a 1440x900 17" laptop, and I want to dual screen with a 22" 1680x1050 monitor, will windows get distorted as I drag them across?

Not really, but thanks for the comment. Nonetheless, Chris and I are pretty good friends. Just because we talk about similar topics (related to tech) doesn't mean I want to be him. That's not to say, he's done an amazing job and I respect that.

I have two 22" TFT's set up here, and it works perfectly. It's a lot of extra desktop space. Combined with the program UltraMon it's heaven.

I'm still using one monitor because I'm stuck with CRTs, and the way my desk is set up, if I had two monitors I would have no space left on the desk.

So until I can get LCDs, I'm stuck on one.

Currently I only have one monitor...this is mainly due to the fact that I mostly use a macbook which ( obviously) has a screen built in....I am thinking of using it with external monitors in the future.
