The company I work for they just cancelled our Medical Insurance, it got to EXPENSIVE

I just applied for my certificate and a part of me is not sure if I want to do public schools in NJ just because of the NJEA. Obviously, I respect teachers and support fair pair, benefits, etc. but at the same time I have seen people get laid off, take pay freezes, pay more for health insurance, etc. so it's hard for me to feel sorry for some one making 60,000 a year and is complaining that they didn't get a raise this year when I have family members taking pay cuts to keep jobs.
