I switched to Wachovia about 7 months & I have not had any problems since. I got charged for 5 transactions when there was funds to cover 4 of them. When I called the bank he told me that the reason they charged me all 5 is cuz they went in at the same time & he couldnt explain to me why I was being charged for all of them when I had enough funds for 4. They later charged me an extra 35 for not putting paying them right away since you only have 2 days to pay after you overdraft hate this bank!
i've been with b of a for six years now. last year I was paid and my available balance reflected my paycheck (which was direct deposited). i had to get some stuff so i went to a couple of stores and my card ran everything just fine. however, some glitch happened and the direct deposit got taken out and was being into the processing state. i ended up having FIVE overdraft fees, totaling $125!! but after i talked to them it was all taken off
My friend has an account with First Convenience. He recently went into the negative for about $500. Thing is, I would've thought that once his account had dropped into the negative, the bank would've either warned him, or at least have the debit card transaction declined so he didn't sink further. If he had caught it earlier, he probably wouldn't have gone into the negative by so much. Lots of banks are crooked.

People make youre complaints COUNTS, FORMAL and OFFICIAL.
File a complaint at Better Business Bureau or BBB.
BBB will deal with them and the bank will have no choice but to deal and resolved youre complaint thru BBB.
BBB is the credit score for businesses. The lower their BBB score's, the less likely will get support from gov't and other business.
Make youre complaints count.
