@2exceptional I agree, that gets deeper into the situation. I would bet they have nothing to prove that you are such a thing though, the contract does not meet the required elements of a valid contract. But I think you have to make that known.

Also if, someone refuses to show proof of Oath, i highly suggest getting an officer (That has proof of Oath) to question and/or retrieve the proof. Otherwise, the judge or whatever can be sued for fraud.

@gerrilea1 when an authority figure is acting upon you, you can ask about their oath/remind them of their oath, it's another mechanism that helps to use the Law correctly
