  • @MrGunnert90 When he gets a little bigger like a few inches and make sure you squash the head of the meal worm so your leopard gecko doesn't get injured

  • my leopard geckos are babys and they eat adult crickits just fine

  • definetly not online! u do not no where they r originating from

  • have you noticed he wears the same clothes in every video lol

  • @theEMINEMfan6969 yeah he probably made them all on 1 day

  • can you maby frese the cricets so they don't run around and stuff :)

  • @Olliboy101 - You can put the crickets to er.. sleep.

Not like killing them though, just pop the crickets in the fridge and leave them in overnight.

The crickets will wake up later on, when introduced to heat in a few hours. But, you might need to

shake around the cricket, if you are going to feed it to something, to get the gecko interested.

  • How do I get my Leo to eat!!! I just got him

  • @gingergirl10173 are you using sand as a bedding for the aquarium,if you are theres the problem. your gecko must of got impaction due to the sand. if u r using sand get him/her off it and use paper towels or reptile carpet found at any pet store

  • pollo587 make a feeding skegwall

  • Wax worms don`t turn into beatles, they turn into moths, they shouldn`t be refigerated because they die. The wax worms cant handle the cold in the fridge. They should be kept at room temperature. Meal woms you can refigerate.

  • waxworms turn into beetles, not moths

  • about how many crickets should i feed my baby gecko daily? plz respond asap. thx

  • @pollo587 If its a baby about 3 a day..

  • @TheChristianDay thanks!

  • Hi, please help, i got my leopard gecko on wednesday night it is now saturday night and it has only eat 2 mealworms, she doesnt seem intrested in crickets, how do i get her to eat them as i have heard that mealworms cant be used as a staple diet for a gecko, she has had some water (i have dropped it on her noise by squeazing a wet tissue above her) done it daily,

  • @klalz03 Ok I know what you have to do. If she doesnt like crickets try to give her some calcium dust on it. Lets it move. Maybe force feed. Maybe she doesnt like crickets and would like them another day.

  • @klalz03 its fine. don't worry. DONT force feed. mealworms are ABSOLUTELY fine to feed your leo mealworms as a diet. REMEMBER to gutload. even though crickets have a little bit of more nutrition, if you gutload your mealies, which is VERY easy, go with the mealworms. they don't smell and don't run away on you

  • @mariamariekim Sorry meant to say waxworms, the pet shop owner ave me some for free to get her to eat somethin, can a baby leopard ecko eat mealworms, i heard you have to wait till they are a little older

  • Can You use Meal Worms as their main food instead of crickets ??? Thanks ReptileWorld1

  • do the crickets have to be alive

  • U r

  • Hey I'm new on youtube!!!

  • MrBEASTMW2 is it a baby

  • hey so i got a leopard gecko and it wont let me hold it and it hates to be touched... how do i fix that?

  • @MrBEASTMW2 Be persistant. just try to keep touching it gently. because it is just affriad of u. if u don't have a hide, get one. it will help with the stress and calm down sooner. it should only take about 3 weeks to tame it. just keep trying it will let u pick it up soon.

  • will anything happen to my gecko if i put the calcium with d3 in the cage at all times

  • were do the leopard gecko live in the wild ???/

  • @vikingsman217 they originate from pakistan so id say the desert=P

  • Im lucky, at my petsmart you ask for 12 and they give 120

  • can't they just eat cupcakes

  • lol

  • the crickets im my local pet store are like 7 dollars a dozzen or more

  • @geckosareawsom u can buy 100 on the internet for 7

  • how long do crickets stay fresh for??

  • pause at 0:02 he looks like a monkey

  • waxworms become moths, not beetles

its ok to feed mealworms @ any life stage

  • im going to get a leopard gecko in 4 days and i just want to know how big my gecko has to be till i can feed him mealworms and if i can use them as his main diet or not.and wut kind of calcium powder should i use the stuff with or without d3.please and thanks 4 the help.

  • @leopardgeckocrazy13 You buy both calciums, the one without D3 stays inside the cage at ALL times. And the one with D3 is dusted on the crickets and/or mealworms every other feeding.

  • feed them meal worms it is better

  • Do I feed them everyday????

  • @prc108 depends on the gecko.....

if its an adult maybe around 6-8 mealworms a day/

    a baby maybe 1-2 a day.

  • @prc108 yes you feed them every day

  • Leos need a calciam dish in there cage

  • If you feed the gecko's crickets do you need to feed them mealworms too? I saw a video where a guy had put crickets in and a big dish full of mealworms, I was wondering with the calcium covering them would all of that be too much? Also if the insect dies in the vivarium, will the gecko generally still eat it or does it depend on the gecko? thanks

  • Can u feed the leopard gecko a beetle that was a mealworm? im just wondering because i saw on of those beetles in my mealworm container

  • @yowhatup1231 yes you can. it depends on the gecko if it's gonna eat it or not

  • @metaldesire4 ok thanks

  • what store are you from?

  • I hate NATHAN

  • I mean for

  • foe babies... do not feed the dried mealworms.

  • lol i got fussy eaters for leopards

My eldest only likes oversized crickets, they both hate mealworms, only one like locusts they dont like food that has touched calcium, they dnt like pinkies(mice)

dam fussy eaters, must have picked it up from me lol.

My eldest luvs moths, she goes beserk for them

  • wooow so thats how i got a beetle in my bed ik

  • some people feed them pinky's

  • wax worms turn into moths, not beetles, dumbass

  • bwahah

  • I like the bird int bottom right corner =]

  • @molomyotis so are wax worms.

  • meal worm are not good even when there small they can still eat them from the inside out so i say dont feed them thouse

  • @TheLIZARDFREAK1234 no, It's SUPER WORMS that can bite. Meal worms don't bite.

  • ur such an idiot...

  • LOL? a 1 for a dozen? My pet store is 15 cents each

  • u can feed super worms

  • I use crickets, waxworms, and leave a bowl of mealworms in the cage. The mealworms are hard to digest though.

  • is that food/treats only for the leopard gecko?

  • would can o crickets work? there sum like cooked crickets already prepared

  • he looks like a monkey

    lol

  • @twilightedwardbella9 or some hairy cabbage patch doll. lol.

  • can you feed the mealworm beetles to the leopard gecko?

  • Can they eat grubs :-(

  • So is it okay for a leopard gecko to eat mealworms daily and crickets like evry 2 weeks or so?

  • @Gehenna92 I'd do a combination of crickets and mealworms.

  • better off the other way around... wait till adult hood for mealworms cuz they have a hard outer shell hard to digest

  • lol i cokcatiel in the back is grooming :)

  • wait, so does that mean i cant feed my baby leopard gecko mealworms?!

  • yes, but only if u have a high blow to put the worms in or theyll burrow and the geckos wont ever even see em.

  • can u feed ur leopard gecko only mealworms?

  • yes you can!

they should be dusted though, with calcium. If your leopard gecko is indoors, dust with calcium with D3 in it, some say its not as good but D3 comes from the sun, so its healthy.

remember to dust with calcium every other meal :)

    check out my videos!

  • @mrleopardgecko3 can u feed small mealworms to baby leopard geckos? i NEED to kno this plz xD

  • @greendayhieu yess u can feed ur baby mealworms for its whole life, there has been nown geckos who have lived the full 25 years on strickly mealworms, just make sure they are small

  • They can, but a lot of people will tell you to mix things up a little (Silk Worms, Wax worms, Crickets ext.).

  • o thanx man

  • nice bird in that cage next to u

  • my leopard gecko loves tomatoes..!

  • is there any food that you can feed leo's that arnt bugs? or live things?

  • Nope, they only eat Bugs. You can feed them Crickets and Meal Worms alive or dead (like the Can O' Worms).

  • can u feed them super worms

  • yea you can but the superworms are pretty fast in my oppion

  • haha... actully waxworms dont turn into beetles , they turn into moths

  • my local petco sell's all kinds of reptiles. and i have experince with small reptiles (anole's,skinks, grass lizzards) what would be a good "large" reptile? and i do not want an iguana. im just looking for somthing with good temperment.

  • how about an iguana

    HaHa

  • try looking up a tegu or savanah monitor

  • Tegus.. if socialized often they're like a puppy(freindly and cuddly) mine is very kind and they max out at 4 ft.

  • r they good beginner pets? if not can u tell me a good beginner lizard that gets big like a tegu?

  • i would not personally call a tegu a good beginner... if you are positive you have done your research and have everything required and can provide him with food on a daily basis then go for it! but for a larger starter lizard i would suggest maybe something like a bearded dragon, but for something around the size of a tegu to for a starter... well i think a tegu is the only thing that can be considered an ok starter at that size.... id still suggest something smaller though...

  • thx yea im looking into leopard geckos
