  • Hey, first off great great driving! but how do these sequential transmissions work? i see you push the clutch in on the downshift but not the upshift, why is that? and also do you have to heal toe downshift the car?

    thanks

  • Grats guys, you're awesome! I love all your videos! Go NGT!!!

  • superb

  • Watched the entire video... All 3 drivers are excelent drivers, WOW! With all the unluck u those guys managed to get in 3rth place strating from the last. Thats what i call skill. 2hours more they would be in first place without any doupt.

Simply WOOOOOOW, all that adrenaline.. I really felt like i was the in the car

  • i swear.. i'm going to get myself a 911 cup car one day..

  • Durning the battle for 5th (around 5:00min) I noticed the Porsche ahead was using his turn signals a lot. I assume he was trying to give up his position, and indicate where and how he preffered to be passed. Could some one who knows share the details of turn signal etiquitte in road racing. Thanks for posting a gread video!

  • @ckbrin66 It's not turn signals, you see this now in the inboard videos because of the LEDs in the taillamps. With the camera's screen frequency, you see the lights blinking while in real they are behaving normally.

  • @ckbrin66 I think that's how this years porka's brake lights are. Notice how they flash on and off when they hit the brakes. If you look carefully you can see that they flash when not on the brakes, due to them running their lights on all the time. They just don't shine as bright as when on the brakes.

  • My goodness, I get a sore ass while watching! The car is chattering in almost every corner - over 12 hours! Amazing stamina...

Can't imagine how it felt like to start for the last, dark stint - with a dirty windshield and no new layers left. Looks uncomfortable to me - speaking of new underwear...

  • great video

  • asshole Pug at 19:10 :P

  • Nice run guys

  • Fantastic and thanks for sharing !

  • Great stuff! I have a question - did the drivers only use the clutch for downshifting and when they upshift did they lift the foot from the gas?

  • @flameclipse most cars have dogbox gears so they dont require clutch, and most have an automatic throttle cut for upshifting.

  • Ruddy marvelous jorb mate, fantastic footage! and a hats off to you and the team...you all did a great job and gave us all a treat. Sebring 2011 was brilliant from start to finish one hell of a course! best of luck for the rest of the season...(hope to see some more battles from the track) ;)

  • Fantastic video and congratulations on a hard fought podium finish!

  • Great video and great driving by all, esp Sean!

  • Awesome video and great driving! Now I don't mind that I didn't have my normal race mechanic Johnny5 last weekend as he was too tired after staying up all night rebuilding your car for Sebring.

    Thanks for posting!

  • Didn't really appreciate the helicopter pilot's lack of flight plan and being stuck in his prop wash and resultant sand-blasting with the rest of the press in turn 1. Delighted to hear that his FAA license has been suspended. I guess he can still fly in Venezuelan airspace. Whatever that might be worth. Best of luck to the rest of the team in their inaugural ALMS season!!!

  • Amazing video. Could happily have watched all 12 hours from this vantage point!

  • damn.... he should've pussy footed it in qualifying....

dont worry, im only kidding, that SUCKS. but hey, they did a damn fine job putting the car back together. and you guys ran a great race.

  • Congratulations! I was trying to find you in the live Stream!

  • Great video quality! Enjoyed it!

  • I wondered what was up with that chopper at the start of the race, now I know! Great video.

  • You need to come to drift class and learn some oversteer skills

  • @GarageBattle LOL.

  • @GarageBattle Know how bumpy that last turn is in Sebring? There was no holding that car, specially at the 200kph + with which they enter that turn :).

  • Great video, thanks for sharing! Congratulations on 3rd :)

  • Awesome video. The best so far, in fact I found it one of the more interesting onboard racing vids to date. Really givs a good impression of what goes on in the race. Keep it up.

We'll have to make do with the Virtual_LM version.

  • Great video - gives a sense of being there through the whole race!

  • great footage:) thanks:)

  • Did the Jaguar brake test you at 11:11? Sure looked like it.

Either way, great driving to get back up through the field.

  • Sean you´re the best :)

  • Night laps look so unreal. Thanks for that man. :)

  • too fast maybe and the bumpy road did the rest... Cheers! Best luck for future races!

  • oh damn
