I have that same problem on my wrist. I first had it back 5 years ago..it was bothering me a lot. it kept on growing bigger and i went to the doctor to needle remove it soo many times but it came back..

and i finally had to surgically removed it about two years ago..and now it doesn't come back anymore..but after the surgery it will hurt like a ***** for a couple weeks

i first got it when i was about 13ish and i'm about to be 17..

I'm sooo happy that its gone now though i still have the scar :(

i then went to the hospital, and the doctor xrayed it and told me that the cyst was very near my nerves. and i could opt for surgery. but, there was a very high risk they would cut my nerves as well, and then I won't be able to feel a thing. And, the doc said even if the surgery went smoothy, the cyst might come back again. Sigh!!! But now it's smaller than it used to be.

hey!!! I've the exact same cyst as you at the same place on my wrist! But mine is on my right wrist. I'm 22 this year, I've had it since I was 16.

my doctor at the nearby clinic injected it to numb the pain, then proceeded to use a really heavy bottle of medicine to smash my it, then used a 50 cent coin to press on it and bandaged my hand up. 2 weeks later, I went to my doctor, he removed it and the cyst was gone! but a 50 cent imprint stuck there for a week, and i had to plaster it up
