For those that dont know, this is from the days when Mark Viduka played in Australia's NSL, a league that was persecuted and eventually culled in 2005 and replaced with an racially prejudiced, anti-ethnic, judaist/anglo regime under the title 'A-League'.
Dude u realise the A league is just as crap, its the same level of players - theyve just renamed the league effectively and the big boys have pumped money which they expect a return from but are struggling to reach
The reason aussies will never like this sport is because the media pumps them with the 4 aussie sports that no one else in the world plays. They vs 3rd world countries and call themselves world champions.
Also, its just not in their nature and rednecks still consider it wogball.
At least back in these days, crowd attendance was around 5000 per game and 10000 at a derby.
The only difference is that now each game costs 10 times more to play because they play at venues like homebush and still barely manage to pull in the same crowd numbers
