I can put lettuce, rice, veggie chicken, tomato, and maayybe some chopped onion or garlic seasoning. Hmm, I feel like it's missing something.. Oh, perhaps some cooked shiitake mushrooms.

Lots of other little things that would take to long to write about but it would put you off food forever;
