There are a lot of eye-witnesses that already stated the photographer provoked him and got really close to him. Some said that he even pushed Tyson. The only reason it looks bad right now is because Mike Tyson is a badass, knocked a chump out for bein a chump, and has had a criminal history. Until they disclose more from the investigation, there will still be news articles, etc. highlighting the fact that Tyson knocked a "poor defenseless" photographer out.
