Magnificent! I Met Jerry Sr in 1973 at the Antigonish Highland Games. At the time he had a burn on his hand from a hot muffler. Luckily I had the great opportunity to do a couple of shows with Jerry and the Great Angus Chisholm a year later in Massachusetts. It is a pleasure to see such talent passed through the generations.
I love these tunes. My parent's are from porthood nova scotia and i grew up listening to the greats jerry holland buddy mac master, natalie and many others thank you for posting this amazing video with these memorable tunes
for thoses who have been looking for the names of theses two. the first one is Judique Jig, and I listen the other two below. and it's irishman's heart to the ladies not irishmans hear to the ladies, that was a typo. sorry!
Man, its the first one I really want the name to! Can't play a song I don't know the name of! Thanks for Stan Chapman and Irishman's tho. Gonna have to find those.
the last time i saw you fiddle was when you were in elementary school in margaree!!!! hahahaha this is such a wonderful video and your dad looks so proud! take care!
My daughter and I were on tour this summer in Cape Breton from North Carolina. We were in Sydney,CB in July about a week before your father passed. He was a good friend of our familiy. I asked Steve MacDougall if he knew whether Jerry was in Hospice care in Sydney.!? Steve wasn't sure. I really wanted to see him one last time.
We'll miss him so very much.! It's great to hear you playing his tunes! God bless your kin!
I didn't get to talk to you this last trip you made but I want to thnk you from the bottom of the guitar players heart for re_issuing or what ever with cords for guitar players. We all look forward to Jerry publication, No one else is doing it. Thanks again A MAINER
Looking good Jerry the Elder and Jerry the Younger. Here is the sound of great fun. Wish I was there to do a little rigadoon and add to the party spirit. Keep after it young gentlemen. You never know where the music will lead. Rock on. All night and all day, Stout Lads. All Night and All Day. Peace Love and Hope from Rubio the Whirlwind A.K.A. Mr Twirls

These songs remind me so much of my grandfather. Auby Foley, whose music we'll all miss. You're both lovely fiddlers.
I'll speak for the rest of the Foley family in saying Merry Christmas. We Hope you're feeling better Jerry!
