I really digg this training. You guys are bad asses. Super innovative. You're always going to have nay Sayers, but that just come with creativity, you need someone there to criticize just because they didnt think of it first. Good stuff!
Impressive. I'm going to try a few of these out tonight (some of them I will have to work up to before I even give them a shot). Either way, you've inspired me to push myself harder so that I can do these as part of my workouts.
Thank you for the comments guys with most of these exercises i got champion belts for my boxers. And with PT and doctor visits my athletes never got injured and even improved in mobility. You absolutely right these exercises are not for everybody and all these have progressions to get stronger. A push up with weights on your back is much more effective then a bench press........ this is what we do and on Fight Day we WIN CemCondition

A lot of that is so unnecessary. Why not add a Bosu, poke him with a stick and make him juggle in-between exercises while your at it?
