i found the best most magical spot to spend on a hot day. it's deep in the forrest up mcdonald pass in montana, where you come to a clear mountain stream and there's an old large tree providing cool shade, a bed of soft green lucious moss at it's base to ly on---a goddess bed--and a natural pool next to that with steady flow of freshly energized water

There is another usnea look alike "eattheweeds" has a good video on it. It also is high in acid so you may need to leach the acid out if your going to take it in high amounts. "Hey I'm sorry, teach me more" I am not doubting that he said that but I personally don't think many doctors would say that.

I like the path because I am scared of ticks I don't want lyme disease. Today b4 I saw this video I looked for chaga and couldn't find it, it's so hard to find.
