I don't understand maybe someone can help me. When I run my downloaded copy of GTA on computer there are a few problems, The game donsnt load all the way pieces are missing from the map and when I go to the graphics options it says my resource usage is used up it says 203/58 and all the settings are as low as can go. This is weird because my PC has a i7 processor, 4 GBs of RAM, and it has an HD graphics card with almost 2 GBs of memory.

If you're getting crashes after loading, make sure that you have the correct ScriptHook.dll installed. The installer for this pack updated mine to the latest version; after I reverted it to the one I was previously using, the game loaded just fine with all the new vehicles.

Too all who have problems with glitchy textures - use TRAFFICLOAD v4 instead of 5!

ok so this is what i did to get it to work.

after a clean install, i updated to 1.0.7.0, then got in and checked that the game worked, saved and got out, then installed only the xliveless from the pack, then checked that it still worked, it did, then installed the full pack, NICE!

One problem: I need gta iv disc to play and my CD reader is hurt it says. Happen to me one time before. Just when I got the pc it got broken and then it got fixed directly. Now again?! :((( It sounds different now though. It spinns all the time and read it, but it can't read enough. Well i got my pc at christmas 2009. You think is should get a new pc? How old is your Pc?

@Westmananton Your save game is not gone, just moved. if you remove the xlive it's back. And the slow loading could be traffic fix. Delet theme. I had same problem. Never tried deleting traffic fix though.

I need to get a new better virus protection. Maybe that program removed my EFLC becasue it's gone and I don't know why :(

@terek797 What virus program are you running? A lot of random crap gets blocked like that, especially with Norton AntiVirus. Really though something like this that a large group of people download and obviously don't get a virus, is okay man. Just ignore the "threat", only worry about that if it's something like an ad trying to get you to buy shit and stuff like that. Not saying only that, but stuff you know looks fishy.
