When I was in the Marines, a loooong time ago in the 90's, we did a detachment out at MCAS Yuma. We flew into Yuma on one of those, but we flew back to Andrews AFB on Omni out of Nellis. So, it could be a detachment of Marines or soldiers taking part in an exercise out there or some where else.
