"Moebius Reactor" is a term from the StarCraft II campaign. This term is more speicifically from a scientists named Dr. Moebius who studied Xel'Naga artifacts. The entire foundation that he works for is called the Moebius Foundation that is funded by Emperor Mengsks son. The Mobeuis Foundation is also allied with the Spectre, a special brred of ghosts Sorry can't remember the sons name, anyway i hope that clears up the Moebius Reactor ability. :)
