I saw Trauma Center: Second Opinion at my Hollywood Video store in Draper a while ago, and now I have it! I'm just stuck on operation 6-7. If I had PowerSave, I could get past it.

These are basically precursor to X missions, plus some storyline. I like SO's chapter 6 more because it was more dynamic. Still, it's all right.

I am assuming you haven't played the first UTK.

UTK doesn't have a difficulty setting.
