Drew Barrymore certainly is a hottie. I'd give her about a 9.4 on the hotness meter scale of 1 through 10. But "most beautiful woman in the world" is a bit of a stretch. There's some pretty stiff competition out there and on the "stiffness meter" she's not the ultimate turn-on, in my opinion. Of course, this is all very subjective and everyone has their own personal ideal of beauty. Drew Barrymore is most definitely in the "A-List Supreme" category of gorgeous babes, no doubt about that.
