do the in- game paradise awards like millionaires club and boosting around the world ect. count towards completion as well? because ive been trying to figure out whats wrong for months now.
@LightInTheDarkness96 yes they count if you dont have 1 your game percentage will be like 99.6% to 99.9% depending on what award(s) your missing it could be more im mising milionoirs club only and my percent is 99.9%
OK, you have to done everything (all things) and you can got 100% complete. Every showtime must be done(every road has a showtime). When everything done, you got the game complete. By the way, the last car was a Gold F1-like racecar. Good luck!

all smashes, billboards and jumps,
ALL events complete
ALL time/showtime road rules beaten,
